Abstract:
A lodging information management device (1) according to the present disclosure is provided with: an identification unit (11) that identifies reservation information of a reserving person's lodging plan by authenticating the identity of the reserving person at the time of check-in at the lodging facility; an acquisition unit (12) that acquires an expected usage status of the lodging facility during the lodging period in the identified reservation information; a generation unit (13) that generates a proposed change to the reserving person's lodging plan on the basis of the expected usage status and the identified reservation information; and an output unit (14) that outputs the proposed change to the reserving person.
