Abstract:
The dynamic resonant frequency changing method has problems with phase tracking, and there is a concern that single-qubit gate errors may occur. The solution is a qubit control method that controls the spin state of qubits formed by charges trapped in a semiconductor device and performs a first step for measuring at least one of a current flowing through a first line and a second line or an amount of charges when controlling the spin state of qubits which are formed in the semiconductor device and formed by target charges specified by the first line and the second line; and a second step for controlling at least one of the current flowing through the first line and the second line and the amount of charges on the basis of the result of the measurement in the first step.
