Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH-QUALITY iPS CELLS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/010080
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an iPS cell quality improver, a method for producing iPS cells, iPS cells produced using said production method, and a composition for producing iPS cells. This method for producing iPS cells is characterized by containing a step in which (a) nuclear reprogramming substance and (b) H1foo gene or gene product thereof are introduced into somatic cells. By introducing not only a nuclear reprogramming substance but also a H1foo gene or a gene product thereof into somatic cells, it is possible to produce high-quality iPS cells in greater quantity.
