Abstract:
This maintenance work support system (100), for supporting maintenance work on industrial equipment, is provided with: a first terminal (3) used by a user at a first site; a second terminal (3) used by a user at a second site; a data acquisition unit (11) which, for one operation task selected from multiple operation tasks included in maintenance work, acquires, from the first terminal, state evaluation data, which represents the state of the operation location evaluated by the user at the first site, and/or operation action data, which represents the action at the operation location performed by the user at the first site; a database (2) which stores the state evaluation data and/or operation action data, associated with operation task data representing the operation task; and a data supply unit (14) which, in response to an acquisition request specifying the operation task data from the second terminal, reads from the database the state evaluation data and/or the operation action data associated with the operation task data, and supplies this to the second terminal.
