Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for a planar transformer. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a first circuit board including a first circuit, and a second circuit board including a second circuit; stacking prepregs, magnetic sheets, bearing plates and copper foils to manufacture a first magnetic assembly and a second magnetic assembly; pressure-bonding the first circuit board with the first magnetic assembly together by means of a third bearing plate to manufacture a third circuit board; providing a third circuit and a first through hole on the third circuit board to manufacture a fourth circuit board; pressure-bonding the second circuit board with the fourth circuit board together by means of a fourth bearing plate to manufacture a fifth circuit board; providing a magnetic column in the fifth circuit board to manufacture a sixth circuit board; pressure-bonding the second magnetic assembly with the sixth circuit board together by means of a fifth bearing plate to manufacture a seventh circuit board; and providing an outer-layer circuit and a second through hole on the basis of the seventh circuit board to obtain a planar transformer. The present invention can increase the coupling coefficient of the planar transformer in a PCB in which a magnetic material is buried, and reduce board warpage defects in a pressure-bonding manufacture process.
