Abstract:
An online calibration system and method for a pressure transmitter (1). The online calibration system for the pressure transmitter (1) comprises an isolation and pressure tapping unit, the isolation and pressure tapping unit comprises a connecting flange (301), a first isolation channel (3011) for filling an insolation fluid is formed on the connecting flange (301), and the first isolation channel (3011) axially passes through the connecting flange (301); the connecting flange (301) comprises a first end close to a medium pipeline (2) and a second end close to the pressure transmitter (1), a first diaphragm (3012) for sealing the first isolation channel (3011) is provided at the first end of the connecting flange (301), and a second diaphragm (3013) for sealing the first isolation channel (3011) is provided at the second end of the connecting flange (301); the connecting flange (301) is provided with a filling port (3018) and a discharge port (3019), the filling port (3018) and the discharge port (3019) are communicated with the first isolation channel (3011), the filling port (3018) is formed in the upper side wall of the first isolation channel (3011), and the discharge port (3019) is formed in the lower side wall of the first isolation channel (3011); and an shutoff valve is provided between the medium pipeline (2) and the isolation and pressure tapping unit, so that online calibration of the pressure transmitter (1) is implemented.
