Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of communications, and provide a resource scheduling method and a related device. The method comprises: by acquiring resource information of each node in a cluster and resource information of a container in each node, constructing a resource profile of a micro-service deployed on each node, a container engine being installed on each node; when it is determined that a first micro-service deployed in the cluster is a micro-service needing resource adjustment, on the basis of a resource profile of the first micro-service, resource information of a first node on which the first micro-service is deployed and resource information of a container in the first node, generating a resource adjustment instruction associated with the first micro-service; and on the basis of the container engine and the resource adjustment instruction, adjusting resources of a pod associated with the first micro-service. According to the present application, the resources of the pod are adjusted on the basis of the profile of the micro-service and the container engine, such that the resource adjustment is sensitive and accurate, and the response speed is high.
