Abstract:

Provided is a mass spectrometer comprising: an ion generation part for providing an ion generation path; an ion selection part for providing an ion selection path connected to the ion generation path; a reaction part for providing a reaction path connected to the ion selection path; a second ion selection part for providing a second ion selection path connected to the reaction path; and an ion detection part coupled to the second ion selection part, wherein the ion selection path and the reaction path are extended in a first direction. The reaction part comprises: a reaction tube for defining the reaction path by being extended in the first direction; and a sample introduction tube coupled to the reaction tube, wherein the sample introduction tube provides a sample introduction path connected to the reaction path, and the sample introduction path comprises a tilt path extended to form an acute angle (α) with the first direction.
