[Problem] The present invention solves the problem in which liquid drips on the hand or a liquid container when measuring the liquid by removing a measurement lid attached to a liquid container opening. [Solution] A beam is disposed between one part of the inner surface of the side part of a flexible measurement lid attached to a liquid container opening and the part of the inner surface of the side part of the measurement lid directly opposite the one part. A lid and a cover having a liquid discharge port are disposed on the top part of the measurement lid. A liquid flow adjustment valve clasp bearing is formed on the center part of the beam, and the joining parts of the ends of the beam and the inner surface of the side part of the measurement lid are located above the clasp bearing. The beam can move in the vertical direction once the side surfaces of the measurement lid are pressed. A liquid flow port and a bearing are formed on the bottom of the measurement lid, and a liquid flow adjustment valve is disposed between said bearing and the clasp bearing. The liquid flow port opens and closes by means of the vertical movement of the beam and the liquid flow adjustment valve.
