Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for supporting a multiple TRP operation in a wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for user equipment to support a multiple TRP operation in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving a first synchronization signal block (SSB) from a first TRP that is a serving TRP of the user equipment; receiving a second SSB from a second TRP that is a neighboring TRP of the first TRP; identifying a receive timing difference (RTD) between the first SSB and the second SSB; and if a measurement report event is triggered, transmitting, to the first TRP, a measurement report message including information indicating the RTD.
