Abstract:
The method provides for heating a hydrocarbon raw material, its pyrolysis at a temperature of 600-800 �C in the presence of intermediate products of hydrogen and oxygen combustion which are produced in the flame torch and are fed along the axis and/or along the periphery of the raw material flow. The time of reaction between the raw material and addition agents at a temperature of 600-650 �C is 1-30 msec. The device comprises a casing (1) with a heating and a pyrolysis zone (4, 5). In the zone (5) is mounted a burner (8) whose casing (9) is provided with a nozzle (10) mounted in its end-face (11) and with nozzles (12) mounted along its periphery. The zone is provided with a pipe (13) with branches (14) for feeding the oxidizer and a channel (15) for feeding the fuel, interconnected to each other.
