Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for point cloud data processing, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: dividing, on the basis of the number of multiple processing threads, the radar detection range of a radar device into a corresponding number of detection subranges, and respectively assigning one detection subrange to the multiple processing threads (S101); insofar as point cloud data of a current frame is acquired, controlling the multiple processing threads to roaster in parallel the point cloud data in the detection subranges that selves are responsible for in the point cloud data of the current frame (S102); and determining, on the basis of the rasterization result, a target detection result with respect to the point cloud data of the current frame (S103).
