Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for the liquid-solid phase catalytic synthesis of 1-butene-3,4-diol. The method achieves efficient synthesis of 1-butene-3,4-diol by means of a reaction at 50-120°C for 2-10 h at atmospheric pressure from 2-butene-1,4-diol as a raw material with a mixture of an acidic solid molecular sieve and a metal-salt-modified carbon material as a catalyst, wherein the conversion rate of 2-butene-1,4-diol is higher than 79%, and the selectivity for 1-butene-3,4-diol is higher than 67%. The method is simple in operation, green in process and environmentally friendly, and the catalyst can be recycled after filtration.
