Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a display is characterized in that an insulator partition surrounding an electrode and projecting beyond the surface of the electrode is formed and an entire substrate is brought into contact with water after wet-application of a solution containing an acceptor. With this method, a uniform organic conductor layer can be wetly film-formed even on a substrate with poor flatness and an uneven distribution of wetting property.
