Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode sheet using a thin all-solid-state cell in which internal short-circuiting does not readily occur and which has low internal resistance through use of a polymer solid electrolyte. [Solution] A method for manufacturing an electrode sheet, the method having: a step for preparing a metal foil (12) in which a thermally adhesive resin frame (13) is formed on a side surface thereof; a step for forming an active material layer by applying an electrode compound that includes active material particles (17) on the metal foil and on the inner side of the thermally adhesive resin frame; a step for forming an inorganic solid electrolyte layer that includes inorganic solid electrolyte particles (20) on the active material layer; a solution supply step for supplying a polymer solid electrolyte solution that includes a polymer compound and an alkali metal salt, and impregnating the active material layer and the inorganic solid electrolyte layer with the polymer solid electrolyte solution; and a curing step for polymerizing the polymer compound after the solution supply step, thereby integrally forming a polymer solid electrolyte (18, 21) in the active material particles and in the inorganic solid electrolyte particles.
