Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a glasses frame, the steps thereof comprising: S10 manufacturing a die in a hydraulic machine according to the size of a glasses frame; S20 providing a rubber slab material; S30 carving an outline using a precise CNC engraving machine; S40 putting the material in an oven and baking same until softened; S50 placing same in the die of the hydraulic machine and extruding same to form a glasses frame outline with nose pads and end piece parts; and S60 carving an inner circle using the precise CNC engraving machine to form the glasses frame. By using this method for manufacturing a glasses frame, production efficiency is improved, and production costs are reduced.
