Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for amplification of nucleic acid using RNA as the template, in which the method is capable of the following: eliminating the risk of nonspecific amplification caused by DNA contamination from the reagent and work environment; elevating trace RNA detection sensitivity; and reducing amplification bias. The present invention provides a method for nucleic acid amplification comprising a step for incubating a mixture including template RNA, primer, DNA strand-specific RNA:DNA hybrid strand decomposition enzyme, RNase H- reverse transcription enzyme, and substrate.
