Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for preparing optically pure (R)-4-n-propyl-dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one, and belongs to the field of chemical synthesis. The method of the present invention uses the steps of alkylation, reduction, cyano hydrolysis, esterification, etc., and optically pure (S)-2-n-pentanoyl-4-substituted oxazol-2-one as a raw material to prepare optically pure (R)-4-n-propyl-dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one. The preparation method provided by the present invention has easily obtainable raw materials, low costs, and a high total yield; furthermore, the resulting product has a high optical purity, and the reaction conditions and the operation process thereof are simple.
