Abstract:
Provided is a transformed cell having improved C4-dicarboxylic acid production capacity. The transformed cell comprises a foreign polynucleotide that codes a polypeptide including the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ. ID 2, the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ. ID 22, or an amino acid sequence having at least 80% identity with one of said sequences.
