Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for producing entacapone tablets, comprising: auxiliary material sieving, batching, mixing, sieving, mixing, dry granulation, sieving, mixing with magnesium stearate, and pressing into a tablet finished product. The auxiliary material mannitol is prepared by means of the following steps: using sucrose as raw material, hydrolysing to obtain a mixture of fructose and glucose; further hydrolysing the obtained glucose to obtain a mixture of mannose, fructose and glucose; blending the obtained mannose, fructose and glucose, and performing hydrogenation, purification, concentration, crystallisation, and pressure filtration to obtain a mannitol finished product; after mixing the obtained mannitol finished product with water mixed with a binder, drying and crushing to obtain compressible mannitol particles with a particle size of 200-350 um to be used as an auxiliary material for preparing entacapone tablets. The prepared entacapone tablets have a stable structure, stable physical properties, and long shelf life.
