Abstract:
Provided is a method for recovering metal from a solution. According to the present invention, when a first electrode containing the metal to be recovered and a second electrode containing a metal other than the metal to be recovered are immersed in a first solution containing ions of the metal to be recovered, the ions of the metal to be recovered in the first solution are combined with the first electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are charged while the first electrode and the second electrode are immersed in a second solution that is different from the first solution so as to separate the ions of the metal to be recovered from the first electrode. The metal to be recovered is recovered from the second solution. Accordingly, the metal recovery process can have improved efficiency and reduced harmfulness.
