Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously manufacturing an O-ring and a stopper through double injection molding using a double injection molding apparatus. The double injection molding apparatus comprises: a first mold that includes the outer surface provided to have a shape corresponding to the inner surface of a stopper body, the lower surface provided to have a shape corresponding to the O-ring, and that is connected to a first inlet pipe on the upper surface so as to form an O-ring on the lower surface; and a second mold that includes a stopper body forming part having the inner and inner bottom surfaces corresponding to the outer and outer bottom surfaces of the stopper body. The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously manufacturing an O-ring and a stopper through double injection molding using the double injection molding apparatus, comprising the steps of: (a) forming the O-ring by injecting a molten O-ring injection material through the first inlet pipe of the first mold in a state where the first mold and the second mold are mold-separated; (b) forming the stopper body by inserting the first mold including the O-ring into the second mold, then injecting a molten stopper injection material into the second mold and allowing same to solidify; and (c) mold-separating the first mold and the second mold and taking out the stopper having the O-ring attached to the inner bottom surface of the stopper body.
