Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and system for extracting a blood vessel centerline. The method may comprise: acquiring image data, wherein the image data may comprise blood vessel data; selecting two blood vessel endpoints according to the blood vessel data; converting the image data according to at least one image conversion function, so as to obtain a converted image; and confirming a blood vessel centerline path connecting the two blood vessel endpoints according to the converted image, so as to obtain a blood vessel centerline. The two blood vessel endpoints may comprise a first blood vessel endpoint and a second blood vessel endpoint.
