Abstract:
Provided are a method with apoptotic signal-regulated kinase 1N-dimerization serving as the target for screening a medicament used for treating steatohepatitis, a cell model for screening a medicament for preventing, alleviating and/or treating steatohepatitis with apoptotic signal-regulated kinase 1N-dimerization serving as the target, uses of apoptotic signal-regulated kinase 1 in preparing a composition inhibiting liver steatosis, a polypeptide, peptide 1, for preventing, alleviating and/or treating steatohepatitis, and a composition containing the polypeptide.
