Abstract:
A micro active matrix type organic light-emitting display and a manufacturing method therefor. The micro active matrix type organic light-emitting display structurally comprises a silicon wafer substrate (1) and a glass base plate (16), and is characterized in that a plurality of anode pixel electrodes (2) are manufactured on the silicon wafer substrate (1); the anode pixel electrodes (2) are insulated from each other by means of insulation layers (3), and gaps are flattened; a device layer is manufactured on the anode pixel electrodes (2); a thin film sealing layer for encapsulation is arranged on the device layer; a plurality of color photoresist layers (14) are manufactured on a surface, opposite to the thin film sealing layer, of the glass base plate (16); the color photoresist layers (14) are separated into independent units by means of black matrix layers (15); and the glass base plate (16) located on the uppermost layer is connected to the silicon wafer substrate (1) in a bonding manner by means of surrounding adhesive glue. The micro active matrix type organic light-emitting display has a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture, and has a reliable performance and a long life.
