Title:
MICRO ANALYSIS CHIP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/054093
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a micro analysis chip which can stably measure an ion concentration without enlarging the chip size or increasing the measurement time. In order to solve the problem, the following micro analysis chip is provided. In other words, the micro analysis chip has a reference electrode disposed in a first flow path chamber, an ion crystal soluble in a specimen disposed on the surface of the reference electrode, and a working electrode disposed in a second flow path chamber, wherein when a mean superficial velocity, which is the area of a region into which the specimen permeates per unit time in the surface of a porous substrate, is defined as V1 until a dispensed specimen reaches the reference electrode, and when the mean superficial velocity, which is the area of a region to which the specimen permeates per unit time in the surface of the porous substrate, is defined as V2, until the dispensed specimen fills the first flow path chamber after reaching the reference electrode, V1 and V2 satisfy the relationship V1>V2.
