Title:
MICROANALYSIS CHIP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/054092
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a microanalysis chip that can stably measure ion concentration and that, without increasing chip size or prolonging measurement time, can suppress the effect, on a working electrode, of ion backflow from a reference electrode region to a working electrode region. In order to solve this problem, the following microanalysis chip is provided. Specifically, in this microanalysis chip: a reference electrode is disposed in a first channel chamber; a sample-soluble ion crystal is disposed on the surface of the reference electrode; a working electrode is disposed in a second channel chamber; and a first channel and a second channel are configured so that, where the time from dispensing of a sample into a dispensing section until the sample reaches the ion crystal is T1 and the time until the sample reaches the working electrode is T2, T1 and T2 have the relationship T1 > T2.
