Abstract:
The present invention relates to a micro LED transfer head and a micro LED transfer system using same, the micro LED transfer head being capable of more effectively transferring a micro LED by means of a phase change material. The micro LED transfer head for transferring a micro LED from a first substrate to a second substrate comprises a phase change material, which adsorbs a micro LED by phase-changing from a solid phase to a liquid phase when coming in contact with the micro LED on an interface making contact with the micro LED.
