Abstract:
A microscope observation reproduction method creates a plurality of screening/zooming still image data acquired with a maximum magnification for enlarged observation of areas obtained by dividing an area to be imaged in the microscopic image so that a part of a peripheral portion is overlapped with one another, and a plurality of focusing still image data acquired while changing the focal point in the divided areas. From screening/zooming synthesis still image data obtained by subjecting these still image data to a predetermined processing and edited focusing still image data, a moving picture for screening and a moving picture for zooming and a moving picture for focusing are created, so that a moving picture reproducing the movement of the microscopic image in the actual microscope observation is displayed on a computer screen. Moreover, when a mouse cursor is positioned on a particular position on the moving picture, the particular position is explained by description in a balloon.
