Abstract:

Provided is a mist supply device whereby, by converting a decontamination agent into a fine mist, a proper amount of the decontamination agent can be supplied to a room to be decontaminated, thereby providing a perfect decontamination result, and the working time for aeration, etc., can be shortened and a decontamination operation can be made efficient.　This mist supply device has a mist generation means, a mist refining means, and a supply port. The mist generation means converts a decontamination agent into a primary mist and supplies the primary mist to the mist refining means. The mist refining means is provided with one or more vibration boards and ultrasonically vibrates the vibration boards to generate acoustic streaming by ultrasonic waves in a vertical direction from the board face. The ultrasonic vibration caused by the acoustic streaming acts on the primary mist supplied from the mist generation means to further refine the primary mist into a secondary mist. The generated secondary mist is supplied to the inside of the room to be decontaminated through the supply port.
