Abstract:
A production method for a moth-eye mold (100) being an embodiment of the present invention uses a mold base material (10) which has a metal base material (72m), an organic insulating layer (13) formed on top of the metal base material (72m), and an aluminum alloy layer (18) formed on top of the organic insulating layer (13). The aluminum alloy layer (18) includes aluminum and a metal element (M) other than aluminum. The absolute value for the difference between the standard electrode potential of the metal element (M) and the standard electrode potential of the aluminum is no more than 0.64 and the metal element (M) content in the aluminum alloy layer (18) does not exceed 10% by mass.
