A signal source device (11) used for healthy sleep, a detection method and a carrier; the signal source device (11) is used for receiving deformation and converting same into an electrical signal, and comprises an elastic capsule (110), and a deformation sensor (113) fixed to the elastic capsule (110); the deformation sensor (113) comprises a deformation contact layer (1133) used for bearing deformation, a hollow hose (1132), and a soft layer (1131), the hose (1132) being clamped between the deformation contact layer (1133) and the soft layer (1131), and a fluid or powdery conductive adhesive (1134) being provided within the hose (1132). By means of the signal source device (11) used for healthy sleep, the detecting method and the carrier as provided by the present application, it may be detected whether a pressure signal exists, and the size or shape of the elastic capsule (110) may be changed according to the pressure signal, and the height of the carrier may be changed, thereby improving the quality of sleep.
