Abstract:
A mounting structure for a tungsten steel cutter head in a label removing machine. The mounting structure is provided on a nail disk plate (1) and comprises several regular polygonal fitting holes (1a) provided on the nail disk plate, label peeling bolts (2), and tungsten steel cutter heads (3). The label peeling bolts correspondingly comprise a bolt head (2a), a thread part (2b), and a fitting part (2c) used for connecting the bolt head and the thread part. Mounting holes are provided at one side of the bolt heads. The tungsten steel cutter heads are fixed in the mounting holes. The fitting parts fit the regular polygonal fitting holes and run through the regular polygonal fitting holes. The thread parts are fixed on the nail disk plate via nuts (4). Moreover, the bolt heads are shaped as truncated cones on the side away from the nail disk plate. The mounting structure increases the service life of the tungsten steel cutter heads, at the same time, avoids the problem of the label peeling bolts being prone to stripping; also prevents PET bottles from being damaged, and protects the service life of the label peeling bolts from being affected.
