Abstract:
Provided is a multilayered non-woven fabric configured such that the processing temperature can be set high when thermal point press bonding, without damaging the non-woven fabric surface; the fabric has a soft texture and sufficient delamination strength without damaging the soft texture; fuzz is minimized; when thermal point press bonding, the fabric does not fuse to the embossing roll or become entangled therewith; and long-term and stable production of the fabric is possible; also provided is a product that uses the multilayered non-woven fabric. Further, for applications requiring absorbability, a multilayered non-woven fabric having a high impregnation capacity (liquid retention capacity) for liquid components, and a product thereof are provided. The multilayered non-woven fabric is formed by sandwiching a fiber layer (B) obtained by using a fiber that melts or softens at 120°C or less, with two fiber layers (A), which include a fiber that does not melt or soften at 120°C or less; these layers are made into an integral fabric by thermal point press bonding, and the delamination strength between the fiber layers (A) and the fiber layer (B) is within the range of 0.3-4.0 N/25mm; and products are obtained using this fabric.
