Abstract:

Provided is a nanoparticle body comprising: a metallic nanoparticle; a polymer membrane that covers the surface of the metallic nanoparticle; a specific binding substance that specifically binds to a target substance in a sample; and a fluorescent substance that labels the surface of the polymer membrane or the specific binding substance. The fluorescent substance is excited by the light of the luminescence emission wavelength from the plasmon resonance of a composite obtained by two or more of said nanoparticle bodies binding by means of the target substance.
