Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a solid battery package comprising: a substrate; a solid battery on the substrate; a cover insulating layer which covers the solid battery; and a cover inorganic layer which covers the cover insulating layer and has conductivity, wherein the solid battery and the cover inorganic layer are electrically connected to each other.
