The present application discloses a node memory-based data processing method and apparatus, a device, and a medium. The method comprises: obtaining, in a chain reading cache of a node memory, a data reading contract associated with a transaction service in a first block; invoking the data reading contract to obtain a write cache mapping table associated with the first block, and determining, on the basis of a first block cache of the first block in the write cache mapping table, target reading data associated with the transaction service; executing the transaction service on the basis of the target reading data, using the target execution result corresponding to the transaction service as target cache data, storing the target cache data to the first block cache, and writing the first block into a bifurcated blockchain. The present application can improve the data access efficiency.
