Abstract:
In the present invention, when manufacturing a non-oriented electromagnetic steel plate by hot rolling a steel material containing C, Si, Mn, and Al in prescribed amounts, performing hot-rolled plate annealing, cold rolling, and cold-rolled plate annealing, the steel sheet prior to the final cold rolling is cooled to 90°C or less and then aged at a temperature of 100-300°C, a first rolling pass of the final cold rolling is performed using a work roll having a surface roughness Ra of 0.05-3.0 μm at a biting temperature of 70°C or less, and the cold-rolled annealing is performed at 700-950°C. Due to the foregoing, D1 to D3 satisfy a prescribed condition when the average crystal grain size of omnidirectional particles measured by electron backscatter diffraction is noted as D1, the average crystal grain size of { 411 } <148> direction particles is noted as D2, and the average crystal grain size of { 211 } <011> direction particles is noted as D3. As a result of this configuration, provided is a non-oriented electromagnetic steel plate that serves as the source material for both a rotor core material which is excellent in fatigue properties and a stator core material which is excellent in magnetic properties after core annealing.
