Abstract:
A non-steady-state wall heat transfer characteristic testing device comprises a hot box (1), a cold box (2) and a test piece frame installed between the hot box (1) and the cold box (2), wherein the test piece frame comprises a U-shaped fixed frame (3) and a movable bearing frame (4); two sides of the U-shaped fixed frame (3) are respectively connected in a sealed mode to the hot box (1) and the cold box (2); and a wall body (5) is assembled on the movable bearing frame (4) and is inserted into or separated from the U-shaped fixed frame (3) by means of an opening of the U-shaped fixed frame (3), and then the wall body (5) can be pushed to enter the hot box (1) and the cold box (2) for heat transfer characteristic test operation, or can be separated from the hot box (1) and the cold box (2). Under the action of a driving member, a driven member and linkage members, when the wall body (5) enters the hot box (1) and the cold box (2), monitoring plates (6) can be driven to move towards the wall body (5), and are automatically attached to the wall body (5) for temperature monitoring; and when the wall body (5) moves away from the hot box (1) and the cold box (2), the two monitoring plates (6) can automatically reset to be away from the wall body (5), so that the sealing performance of the hot box (1) and the cold box (2) is improved, a window for a human entering the hot box (1) and the cold box (2) for attachment operation is not needed to be reserved, and the use is more convenient and reliable.
