Abstract:
Provided is an organic electroluminescent display device. The organic electroluminescent display device comprises a substrate (100), an organic electroluminescent structure (200), and a display screen (300). The organic electroluminescent structure (200) is arranged between the substrate (100) and the display screen (300), and is used for emitting light to the display screen (300). The display screen (300) comprises an organic photoresist layer (30). The organic photoresist layer is doped with nanoparticles, and the nanometer particles have the function of reflecting the light emitted by the electroluminescent structure to the outside world. The light yield rate of the organic electroluminescent device is improved by adding nanoparticles into the organic photoresist layer of the display screen.
