More specifically, disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing a mental disorder, including substance-related and addictive disorder, depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder, by using a compound that simultaneously regulates mGluR5 and 5-HT2AR.
