Abstract:
Provided are a phase locking method for an ultrasonic cutter system and an ultrasonic cutter system. The ultrasonic cutter system comprises an ultrasonic cutter, a transducer, and a generator which are connected together. The method comprises the following steps: the generator generates an initial current signal, and the signal is sent to the transducer to serve as a current operating signal of the ultrasonic cutter; a current value and a voltage value of a trunk path in an ultrasonic cutter equivalent circuit are measured; a voltage-current phase difference, an effective current value, and an effective voltage value of the trunk path are calculated; a voltage-current phase difference, a current value, and a voltage value of a second branch path are calculated; and the generator is controlled to generate a current signal of a new frequency to serve as the current operating signal of the ultrasonic cutter, and said signal is sent to the transducer to drive the ultrasonic cutter to operate; and the method is repeated. Compared to a more traditional method where an ultrasonic device needs to be provided with a tuning inductor matching same according to a necessary frequency for a system, the phase locking method for an ultrasonic system of the present invention does not need to impose a limitation on an ultrasonic frequency, and has good general usability.
