Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a phase shift matrix circuit, a beamforming circuit, a phase shift method, a device, and a system, which are applied to the field of communication transmission of radio frequency signals. The phase shift matrix circuit comprises a controller, a first coupler, a second coupler, a third coupler and a fourth coupler. For each of the first coupler, the second coupler, the third coupler and the fourth coupler: a first through path is arranged between a first end and a third end, a first coupled path is arranged between the first end and a fourth end, a second through path is arranged between a second end and the fourth end, and a second coupled path is arranged between the second end and the third end. The controller is used for controlling a phase difference between the first through path and the first coupled path of each coupler, or controlling a phase difference between the second through path and the second coupled path. By changing a phase difference between two radio frequency signals output by the four couplers, the embodiments of the present application implement beamforming on radio frequency signals under more different phase differences.
