Abstract:
A pitch control method and apparatus based on the clearance of a wind turbine. In the pitch control method: determining the effectiveness of a sensor used for detecting a clearance; insofar as the sensor is not ineffective, acquiring in real-time the clearance and performing pitch control on the basis of the clearance; when the clearance is less than a clearance safety threshold, controlling a wind turbine to shut down; and when the clearance is no less than the clearance safety threshold, controlling the wind turbine to execute a clearance protection policy based on an additional pitch angle value. In the clearance protection policy, the additional pitch angle value of each blade is dynamically adjusted on the basis of the clearance so as to determine a pitch angle control value for each blade, the pitch angle control value is simultaneously applied to each blade, thus controlling all of the blades to simultaneously execute a pitch control action.
