Abstract:
In this pneumatic radial tire for a passenger vehicle, the cross-sectional width SW of the tire and the outer diameter OD of the tire satisfy a predetermined relationship, the tread surface has only two circumferential main grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction, and the center of gravity of the circumferential main grooves is provided in a half portion on one side in the tread width direction bordering on the tire equatorial plane, which is the outer side when the tire is mounted on the vehicle. A drop height (or a contact length relationship, or a tread gauge relationship) is set to a predetermined value.
