Abstract:
This pneumatic tire comprises a belt that has at least five belt layers, at least one of the belt layers being a spiral belt layer in which a rubberized layer of belt cord is wound so as to spiral in the tire circumferential direction, at least one of the belt layers being a slanted belt layer in which belt cord extends at a slant relative to the tire circumferential direction, and the belt cord of the belt layers being organic fiber cord that is coated with an adhesive composition that includes a polyphenol and an aldehyde.
