This pouch container (100) comprises a pair of film sheet parts (11) which are bonded to each other at a sealing part (50); and this pouch container (100) is provided with a container space (30) and a peripheral part (40) that is provided with the sealing part (50). The peripheral part (40) is provided with a first cut line part (70); the first cut line part (70) comprises a first end part (71) and a second end part (72); the first end part (71) comprises a first wound-in part (73); the second end part (72) comprises a second wound-in part (74); the sealing part (70) comprises a first wound-in part sealing region (51) that seals the first wound-in part (73) and a second wound-in part sealing region (52) that seals the second wound-in part (74); and the peripheral part (40) is provided with an unsealed region (60), in which the pair of film sheet parts (11) are not sealed, such that a portion which is positioned between the first wound-in part sealing region (51) and the second wound-in part sealing region (52) is contained in the unsealed region.
