Abstract:
This power conversion device comprises two inverters for converting a DC voltage output from a DC power supply to a three-phase AC voltage, each of the inverters comprising semiconductor switching elements each of which is switched on or off by means of an on/off signal. The power conversion device is configured to output the on/off signal so that, among a plurality of voltage vectors determined in accordance with a pattern of the on/off signal, a voltage vector with a second-closest phase and a voltage vector with a third-closest phase with respect to a voltage command vector are formed, the voltage command vector being based on a voltage command value calculated with respect to each inverter.
