Abstract:
A precisely controlled anti-collision slow-conveying system and a method for using same. The system comprises a supporting plate (2), and a conveying mechanism, which is arranged near the supporting plate (2) and comprises a conveying bottom table (1) and an air-jet device, wherein the air-jet device is located inside the conveying bottom table (1); an upper flat surface of the conveying bottom table (1) is provided with air pipe fixing holes, and the air-jet device is connected to the air pipe fixing holes by means of air-jet pipes (5); supporting plate ventilation holes (3) penetrate the supporting plate (2) in a thickness direction, and the supporting plate ventilation holes (3) are regularly distributed in the supporting plate (2); the supporting plate (2) is provided with flow guide channels (8), with an inlet of each flow guide channel (8) being arranged opposite the upper flat surface of the conveying bottom table (1), and an outlet of each flow guide channel (8) being located in a side face of the supporting plate (2); and a cover plate is provided in each of the several flow guide channels (8) and is electrically connected to an external control mechanism. The system is based on a two-stage suspension mechanism, such that parts move with the supporting plate (2) to achieve smooth airflow conveying, and the parts are suspended relative to the supporting plate (2) in a static state to facilitate an operator to pick up the parts.
