Provided is a production line in which the man-hour organization rate for each working process among production facilities can be improved. The production line (1) comprises production facilities (10) which are used for the processing of works, working areas (21) in which operators (20) accomplish the working for the works, and self-travelling carriages (30) which carry the works between the production facilities (10) and the working areas (21). A travel passageway along which the self-travelling carriages move from the downstream side to the upstream side is formed in a travel passageway (31) along which the self-travelling carriages (30) move from the upstream side to the downstream side to form a line including the production facilities and the working areas.
